Dr John Grieve

Dr John Grieve is a dual-trained diagnostic and interventional radiologist at Qscan Radiology Clinics and Alpenglow Australia. He graduated from the University of Queensland in 2007 and completed his internship and residency at the Gold Coast Hospital.

He completed his radiology training in Sydney in 2016 before undertaking a year-long fellowship in interventional radiology at Liverpool Hospital.

In 2017, he successfully obtained his European Board of Interventional Radiology (EBIR) qualification. Since 2018, he has held a position as a senior staff specialist at the Gold Coast University Hospital, where he works as an interventional radiologist. John is the director of training at GCUH and is committed to teaching Queensland's next generation of radiologists.  

John is committed to providing medical services in the bush. He offers a monthly interventional radiology service at Alpenglow's Roma Diagntoic Imaging, Warwick Diagnostic Imaging, and Dalby Diagnostic Imaging clinics.

He lives at the northern end of the Gold Coast with his wife and three children and enjoys boating and camping outside of work.
